Hi! I’m Emma, the face behind Maid on Macara. My goal is to provide a high-quality cleaning service catered to cottagers and permanent residents in the Whiteshell and surrounding areas. Let me handle the mess so you can focus on making memories!

I grew up on Macara Lake in Ingolf, Ontario. My first job was cleaning cabins at a couples only resort in West Hawk Lake. I always imagined how wonderful it would be to step into a clean, polished space, ready to start a vacation without the hassle of cleaning, dusting, or making beds first. I started Maid on Macara because I want to offer that experience to local cottagers and permanent residents. I believe having a clean home makes space for fun, relaxation and family time.

When I’m not working, I am spending time with my husband and two daughters who share my love for the lake. You can also find me sewing, baking, or painting when I get the opportunity.
